How Do I Initiate a Warranty Claim with Wicked Edge?

All warranty requests must be sent to support@wickededgeusa.com. Please provide the following information so we can expedited the process:
  1. Your first and last name
  2. Your shipping address
  3. Where you purchased your product from (directly from Wicked Edge, Amazon, eBay, etc.)
  4. Images and/or videos of the problem you're having along with a brief description of the issue

We will replace, fix, and support any parts with the exceptions of the following conditions:
  1. Normal wear-and-tear on stones, strops, and mechanical parts
  2. User inflicted damage
  3. Misused or aggressively used products
  4. Modifications of any kind
  5. Any use of our products that fall outside the intent for which they were designed
We will warranty and support any Wicked Edge product, no matter where you purchased it from, including but not limited to: eBay, Amazon, and certified dealers.
